> We met the other members of the Fab Five, as we call ourselves, in the Observation Lounge for a pre dinner martini - blame it on Bill who is quite the connoisseur of the cocktail - then into dinner. This time Sandra treated us to a specialty wine. After much laughter, we left to finish our packing.
> My cold really worsened during the night and I am afraid that Norma didn't get much sleep with my constant coughing. After breakfast, we waited for our number to be called for disembarkation, for our bus to arrive, for the hotel to register us. We are finally in our room and it's toss-up whether we'll nap or walk the beachfront. We are a long way from the historic centre of the city so are looking forward to our tour tomorrow. Bill will be calling us at six with our dinner arrangements. It will most likely be in the hotel as today is Spain's National Day and everything is closed.
